Special Committee on 24 Visit to Ethiopia

As part of the Special Committee of 24 on Decolonisation, there were many meetings held across Africa. As Chairman, Dr. Salim led many of these delegations including in April 1972 which saw the Committee hold meetings in Conakry, Lusaka and Addis Ababa. In Addis, Dr. Salim was able to spend time with Emperor Haile Selassie who inaugurated the special Africa focused meetings on decolonisation.
