Letter to Vice President George Bush

Dr. Salim met with Vice President George Bush on December 3, 1984. As a follow-up, Dr. Salim sent a letter of thanks to the Vice President, addressing the role that the United States can play in resolving the issues in Southern Africa. In addition, there was an affirmation that the United States is keen to maintain the warm and friendly relations with Tanzania.
