Diplomat Discusses African Civil War

"I hope, in time, the United States will realize that no African government will accept foreign domination from any source after fighting against it for so long. Angola will be no one's satellite." Dr. Salim said this during a speech at the University of Maryland where he spoke about the liberation struggle in Africa, specifically the case of Angola.
