Press Conference At The Center Of Foreign Relations

On September 16, 1989 Dr. Salim was invited to the Center of Foreign Relations in Dar es Salaam to provide a few remarks and have a press conference. This took place three days before Dr. Salim would assume the role of Secretary General of the OAU and provides a glimpse into his philosophy and thinking around the OAU and the future of the institution.
